Originally from Portland, Oregon, Dr. Fiocchi is happy to have planted new roots here in Minnesota. When he is not trying out new recipes in his own kitchen, he enjoys tasting the variety of cuisine the area offers. He is an avid football and basketball fan and enjoys being active himself. Dr. Fiocchi lives with his wife, a Midwest native, and two dogs.
