She believes in the power of mindfulness in helping individuals feel better both physically and mentally and thinks this is an important practice for all of us to learn in today’s busy world.

Personal

Chelsea is a former collegiate swimmer who is still passionate about fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys hiking, walks with her dog, spending time with her family and watching embarrassingly bad TV shows.
