Approach To Care

Kali believes the therapeutic alliance is one of the most important aspects of therapy, and she hopes to create a safe, non-judgmental environment to show-up just as you are. She utilizes a trauma-informed approach to identify patterns and ways of living in the present that are no longer helpful and to identify goals for making changes and reducing your mental health symptoms moving forward.

Kali also specializes in substance use disorders and can offer support around any goals you may have regarding substance use (i.e. abstinence, harm-reduction) and is medication-assisted therapy friendly.
