Alex is a registered dietitian specializing in individualized, evidence-based nutrition care with a focus on sustainable weight management, chronic disease prevention, and behavior change. Her approach combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, client-centered philosophy that empowers individuals to build healthier relationships with food — free from guilt, restriction, or judgment.

Alex believes that nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all solution. By addressing each client’s unique needs, preferences, cultural background, and lifestyle, she creates personalized nutrition plans that support long-term health, energy, and well-being.

She also provides pre- and post-operative nutrition support for individuals undergoing bariatric surgery, helping patients prepare for and adapt to the lifelong dietary changes required for long-term success.
