Approach To Care
Kelsey utilizes emotion-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a mind-body skills approach to individual and group counseling. Through her experience in partial hospitalization programming, intensive outpatient programming and outpatient services, Kelsey is able to work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss.

Kelsey was born and raised in rural southeastern Minnesota and enjoys the outdoors. She likes to kayak, hike, garden and cook. Kelsey also enjoys traveling and has spent time abroad in Norway, Australia and France.
