Food or Beverage Catering Donations

Food and Beverages

We are unable to accept homemade food or beverage donations at this time.  All food or beverage donations must be provided from a restaurant/café, or store bought.

Packaging:

  • Food and beverages must be portioned individually and sealed/wrapped to stop the spread of germs. We request the establishment does this prior to delivery.
  • If the establishment does not have the capacity or supplies available for individual packaging, please notify us so we can work with you to find a solution.

Delivery:

  • Donations will not be accepted without prior authorization and a designated point person.
  • Please provide three options for dates and times of delivery so that our office can coordinate with other donations and distribute food and beverages throughout the hospital to all teams, on a variety of shifts.
  • Due to visitor and entrance restrictions you will be given the name of a point person who will meet you at the main Hospital entrance (designated for visitors) to receive the donation. Please remain in your vehicle and a cart will be brought out to you for the donation.
