Suzan Muhanna specializes in mental health and substance use disorders. She approaches every person from a place of curiosity, not judgment.
Suzan believes in the three R’s: Regulate, Relate, Reason. These are essential in helping people work through their emotions. Her training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy comes in handy with teaching people specific skills to regain control in moments that feel so out of control. Suzan is a good fit for people who need a good cry and/or laugh, then get down to making change. She has extensive history working with substance use disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and co-occurring disorders.
Suzan particularly enjoys working with adolescents, and young adults but has experience working with individuals ages 12 and up.
