Dr. Ewan approaches each interaction with openness and willingness to learn from her patients – each patient is an expert in themselves. She works to understand the unique circumstances and contexts of her patients in order to best design and implement effective care plans. She prioritizes open communication with patients and their families. As a hospitalist, she cares for a broad range of acute and chronic conditions in hospitalized adults. She has a strong interest in improving access to acute care for urban underserved communities.

Dr. Ewan enjoys exploring the neighborhoods and breweries around her home in South Minneapolis both on bike and on walks with her dog, Eddie. She is an avid reader and budding gardener.
