Dr. Bakker believes that excellent, customer-centered care (in addition to being technically proficient) must include clear interpersonal communication along with availability, teamwork and a sustained focus on the wellbeing of the customer – first and foremost.
He focuses on conditions of the hand and upper extremities and specializes in surgical and nonsurgical treatment including minimally invasive options for Dupuytren’s contractures and carpal tunnel syndrome, hand and upper extremity fracture care, arthroscopy, tendon and ligament injuries, upper extremity joint replacements, and microsurgery.
