Appointment Options

eVisit Appointment through MyChart

  • MyChart eVisits provide an easy avenue to get a diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescription for common health conditions within 24 hours.
  • Available seven days a week from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. through MyChart
  • A $49 fee will be pre-authorized on your credit card but only applied if a health condition is diagnosed and treated online. Payment is required upon diagnosis.
  • North Memorial Health does not submit eVisit bills to your insurance. Insurance reimbursement varies by plan.

Preparing for Your Visit

Prior to your appointment, here are some helpful tips:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for your visit
  • Bring all of your medication bottles or a current list of medications
  • Pay out-of-pocket expenses before you arrive or upon arrival to your appointment using MyChart. If you have questions about payment options, talk to your care team at your appointment or call our business office at your convenience at 763-581-4479.
  • Please note, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice
  • Complete the questionnaire below prior to your visit to allow for a quicker check in

Urgent Care

Because illness doesn’t always make an appointment. North Memorial Health urgent care provide convenient care for inconvenient timing. Open every day (except some holidays) Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We can help with acute illness, diagnosis, and relief, from headaches and cuts to pneumonia and bronchitis.

Urgent care is the place to turn when you need help with:

  • Asthma management
  • Foreign body removal
  • Minor eye injuries/infections/irritations
  • Incisions or abscesses
  • Sprains and fractures
  • Imaging: EKG, X-ray
  • Labs: blood glucose, CBC, flu, Mono, pregnancy testing, strep, TB skin test, urinalysis
  • Vaccines: Flu, hepatitis, MMR, shingles and tetanus
