The Four Seasons Café is located on the hospital’s garden level. With stone walls and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking an outdoor patio and natural wooded surroundings, the Four Seasons Café is a perfect place to dine.
Delicious menu items include home-baked breakfast pastries, sandwiches, soups, salads, vegetarian selections, hearty hot entrees and desserts.

Spiritual Care and Meditation Room
At North – Maple Grove Hospital, we feel caring for the whole person is critical during times of illness, lost and transition. That is why we provide a variety of spiritual care offerings to our patients and their families. Chaplains, who respect all spiritual and religious preferences, are integral members of the healthcare team and are always available upon request. We also partner with our patients to accommodate visits from a Catholic Priest, Jewish Rabbi, protestant chaplain, or Muslim volunteers or Imoms. And if you just need a quiet place for personal reflection and prayer we offer a Meditation Room.

For your convenience, please complete our secure, online Pre-Admission Form through Mychart and expedite your arrival at the Family Birth Center. If you do not have a MyChart account you can sign up online. This form should be completed six weeks prior to your due date. The Emergency Care Center is staffed by board-certified emergency care professionals around the clock, every day of the week, so you get expert care close to home. In cases of extreme trauma, we are able to stabilize you before moving you to our Level I Trauma Center at North Memorial Health – Robbinsdale Hospital. Please go to an emergency room or call 911 if you are experiencing a sudden onset of severe symptoms, such as but not limited to: chest pain or heaviness, confusion or slurred speech, suicidal feelings, or uncontrolled bleeding.

When your care team orders specialized tests or procedures to help develop a diagnosis and care plan with you, our imaging teams are there to give you the inside scoop. From inpatient to outpatient, CT to X-ray, we will help give you and your care team a totally new perspective.

The North – Maple Grove Hospital Medical, Surgical and Intensive Care Centers provide individualized high quality care with an emphasis on healing and the caring for the whole person. Full range of services includes the patients with medical needs and surgical needs. Our intensive care unit is outfitted with advanced technology for those patients that have more critical needs. Our care is focused on anyone age 18 years old or greater. Our 24/7 coverage includes a full complement of interdisciplinary health care team: Registered Nurses, Hospitalist Physicians, Social Workers, Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. We are patient focused with a goal to meet the unanticipated needs of each patient before they even know they need something.
Our partnership with Minnesota Neonatal Physicians allows for around-the-clock expert neonatal care at North – Maple Grove Hospital.
While your primary obstetrician and advance practice professionals will oversee your care and delivery, if needed, we have a team of OB/GYN hospitalists onsite 24/7 to offer additional support and consultation.
Our interdisciplinary team of physicians, advance practice nurses, clinical social workers, and chaplains collaborate with you as you face serious illness, with the ultimate goal of alleviating your symptoms and giving you the best possible quality of life as you receive treatment.
Our outpatient pharmacy has experts who will work with both you and your care provider to get you the medication you need when you visit the doctor or our hospital. We make sure your prescriptions are working and safe, answer your questions.
Our birth center offers 36 postpartum beds, 10 labor and delivery rooms, and 2 operating-room suites for C-sections. Each room has space for family members to sleep. Anesthesiology, neonatal nurse practitioners, and OB/GYN physicians are on staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Rehabilitation services (speech pathology, occupational therapy and physical therapy) are available on-site, seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Respiratory Therapy is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The North – Maple Grove Hospital Procedural Care Center combines advanced surgical technology with responsive, personalized care. We offer six operating rooms, two procedure rooms, and in-house anesthesia. With a family consultation room and patient tracking board near the waiting area, your family can stay involved in the status of your care. Surgical services include: general surgery (colonoscopy, endoscopy, and more), gynecology surgery, orthopedic surgery, total joint (knee and hip) surgery, robotic general and urology and plastics.
